Talk Business UK has always understood the importance of the charity sector within the local community and has worked closely with various charities across the region for many years.
When we hold our Networking meetings, we always ask a local charity to give a presentation to the attendees and give them as much support as we can. Over the years, some very good relationships have been cemented between business and charities at our events.
Talk Business UK has hosted monthly Charity meetings, where charities and businesses that can help and give advice, can get together and support each other. Although we are unable to host actual meetings at the moment, we are still holding these meetings virtually via Zoom and doing what we can to support charity during these more challenging times.
